L.B. Spinner strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products. L.B. Spinner cannot, however, insure against pricing errors. L.B. Spinner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and before a contract is formed,to change the prices of Products / services at any time without notice. The prices of the Products do not include local or international shipping costs, brokerage, and customs clearance costs. User is advised to pay specific attention to the currency of transaction at the time of contract formation, as prices of the Products may appear in US Dollar, Euro, or NIS (New Israeli Shekels), and in any event shall include VAT.Any transfer fees, bank commissions associated with currency exchange, etc., shall be at buyer’s exclusive cost.

In the event that pricing errors occur after an order has been accepted,L.B. Spinner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price. You will be presented with two options:receiving the existing product and the actual price or a refund of all payments made for theProduct.
The Products sold on thisWebsite are provided with a legal warranty from L.B. Spinner (except for products for which L.B. Spinner is not required to provide warranty). The warranty period and terms are as detailed in the warranty certificate attached to the Product together with the purchase confirmation.
From time to timeL.B. Spinner will offer special sales, whichterms and scope will be displayed and are subject to the terms as expressly stated on the Website. L.B. Shipping, Delivery and Pickup Limitations.
Unless otherwise stated in the order, the price of the Product is Ex-works L.B. Spinner.
We offer the following methods for shipping your orders from L.B. Spinner:
International shipping
You may elect your own shipping arrangement or have L.B. Spinner handle your international shipping subject to additional charges that would apply to your Order. Be advised that those items for shipment to countries outside of Israel may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). In any event, you the buyer are the recipient of the shipment and therefore considered the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all applicable customs and import fees.
Product delivery time – 25 business days.
Warranty
L.B.Spinner will provide 12 months warranty on the motor and 24 months warranty on the stainless steel parts. The warranty will be given after presenting an invoice with the date of purchase and according to the warranty certificate attached to the product. A damaged product that is not subject to warranty conditions will be repaired for a fee
Local shipping
Unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing by L.B.Spinner, the Product(s) will be shipped by carrier to an address designated by you, as long as that shipping address is compliant with our applicable shipping restrictionsand that you acknowledge that product delivery is personal and that in order to receive the product you will need to present an ID card. If you cannot accept the product and you empower someone else to receive the Product on your behalf, you take full responsibility over providing him your ID card. L.B. Spinner will not deliver the Product to any individual under the age of 18.
Product delivery time – 5 business days.
Supply dates asspecified on the products sales page are based on business days (Sunday to Thursday) excluding official non-working days, holidays, or weekends, and are calculated from user’scredit card transaction approval date.
Pick-up
Subject to the pickup limitations and restrictions described herein, you may pick up the Product(s) at MoshavTalmei Elazar, Israel. You are obliged to notify L.B. Spinner about your intention to pick up in person no later than three business days from the approved purchase date. You will be notified about the date that you shall pickup your product.In order to receive the product you will need to present an ID card. If you cannot accept the Product and you empower someone else to receive the product on your behalf, you take full responsibility over providing him your ID card.L.B. Spinner will not deliver the Product to any individual under the age of 18.
Pickup coordination is fully your responsibility and if not done up to 30 days after order it will be considered a cancellation according to law and a cancellation fee will be charged.You take full responsibility over the product from pickup for all damages to the product.
Cancellation of Purchase and Return of the Product by the Purchaser
L.B. Spinner is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, so in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the purchase may be canceled within 14 days from the date on which the Product was supplied to the customer, subject to the following stipulations:
The value of the purchased Product exceeds NIS 50.
The Product was not damaged and the customer did not use it (connected to electricity, gas or water supply be deemed as used).
Product returned to L.B. Spinner.
Customer will be charged acancellation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
All orders are subject to acceptance by L.B. Spinner. L.B. Spinner is not obliged to accept and/or process your Purchase and may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept and/or process your Purchase.
In addition the order maybe suspended, without liability, in the event and to the extent that its performance is prevented or delayed due to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the party affected, including but not limited to: Act of God, war, armed conflict or terrorist attack, riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, sabotage; governmental decisions or actions (including but not limited to prohibition of exports or re-exports or the failure to grant or the revocation of applicable export licenses), or labor trouble, strike, lockout or injunction. Seller shall have no obligation to supply until it has received any necessary licenses or authorizations or has qualified for general licenses or license exceptions under applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, regulations, orders and requirements, as they may be amended from time to time.

Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Israelwithout regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. You will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or due to this Agreement, other than in the courtof jurisdiction located in Tel-Aviv. By using this Website or ordering Products, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of this court in connection with any action, suit, proceeding, or claim arising under or because ofuse of this Website.
